Enhanced GetResponses3 API call - Blue 8.12.1 (Sept 21, 2023)

Fixed an issue with the GetResponses3 API call where it would fail to return any data that had an OutputType defined if the OutputType parameter was not included in the call. This in turn resulted in secondary subject selection questions not being included in the survey.

Extended the API call timeout - Blue 8.11.3 (Sept 5, 2023)

The API call timeout period has been extended to two hours to align with the Windows NT service settings.
