November 11, 2020	Blue 8.0: What's new and what's changing?	Blue 8 is coming with a streamlined user experience for both end users and administrators. In this webinar, we will preview many of the upcoming features and enhancements, including consolidated controls and enhancements for scheduling surveys and notifications, ability to send up to five reminders and a completion notification, optional completion certificates, access to surveys via QR codes, self-enrollment, and more. In addition, we will preview the completely redesigned surveys, question personalization and rater selection forms, and the reimagined subject management. October 28, 2020	Automating end-to-end feedback processes in Blue	Blue provides a rich set of features and functionalities that enable your feedback processes to be fully automated. Life happens and things change: people are hired and leave, dates change, and expectations shift. In this webinar, we will learn how Blue can be leveraged to help you automate your feedback processes from beginning to end. We will be discussing considerations in the implementation process, scheduling and timing strategies, use of demographic data and thresholds in report generation and distribution, and much more.
September 30, 2020	Managing large questionnaires with Blue	Course Evaluations (CE) in Higher Education play an important role in continuous improvement in teaching and learning, and asking the right questions of the appropriate audience is key. If you and your institution are managing multiple CE instruments to collect student feedback, then this presentation is for you. You may have heard of terms such as triggers, QBank or Question Bank, and wondered which features or approach best suits your institution’s needs. Join us in exploring the “Managing Large Questionnaires with Blue”. We will discover together the best ways to build and manage diverse CE instruments and review the implications of such a process.
August 26, 2020	Managing cross-listed courses in Blue	It is not uncommon that courses are cross-listed in an institution. For example, an IT Management course in a Business School may be offered to students in the Computer Science Department. In addition, the course evaluation results would need to be present in both department reports, according to the institution’s course evaluation policy and practices. This webinar will show how you can handle cross-listed courses in Blue from data preparation to project settings and, finally, to reporting and report distribution. Additionally, we will share some tips in increasing the level of automation in handling cross-listed courses, such as integrating with SIS and using the Data Integrity Gateway (DIG).
July 29, 2020	360 reports: Harnessing the power of story telling	Institutions can present 360 feedback in an efficient story telling manner so that it becomes a mechanism that drives meaningful change. Every type of project possesses its own narrative, and 360-reports can be set up in numerous ways to effectively convey that desired narrative. Throughout this webinar we will cover real-world examples of reporting structures for individual 360 assessments, team assessments, engagement surveys, culture assessments, and others. We will walk through the layouts, design, and best practices in reports that can enhance insights. Establishing well-structured reports that inform, inspire, and, ultimately, drive better decisions is an asset to any organization.
June 24, 2020	Reporting to students: Closing the feedback loop where it began	Student feedback can drive the improvement of teaching and learning. To do so we talk of ‘closing the loop’. Institutions often assume that applying the evaluation results to define or refine strategic improvement plans accomplishes that. However, the loop begins with students and so ‘closing the loop’ should end where it began: reporting the results of course evaluations to the students. This webinar will discuss the importance of reporting to students in ‘closing the feedback loop’ as well as part of the continuous cycle of teaching and learning process improvement. Specifically, it will demonstrate how this process can be implemented with the help of Blue.

April 29, 2020	A guide to leveraging Blue features to increase engagement	For all the benefits of administering Student Evaluations of Teaching (SET) online, transitioning to a new system can see response rates fall, instructors alienated, and administrators frustrated. Blue provides institutions a variety of tools that can be leveraged to help faculty participate, impress the end-users, and increase engagement overall. These principles include: managing first impressions, documentation and communication, branding and messaging, data-based decision making, integration with existing systems and processes, and more.
February 26, 2020	Impersonation and more - Enhancements in the current Blue update	An update is coming to Blue bringing improvements to your reporting capabilities and other features. Among them: The new impersonation feature allows project administrators to log into Blue as any user to view their dashboard, tasks, and reports as they would see them. Virtual questions and cross category blocks can be used with Question Bank placeholders. Response thresholds can now be set for each report block. Raw data CSV reports can be created and distributed for Group By reports. Advanced Export reports have been enhanced to provide much needed rater demographic data. In addition to reviewing the above features, we will look at some existing reporting features and functionalities, such as the support of new enhanced statistics in spreadsheet blocks. This learning webinar is scheduled to be delivered three times for our community members in different time zones worldwide. Register in a time zone that best fits your schedule. January 29, 2020	Automatically update demographic information in live projects	Automatically updating demographic information in live projects is the eagerly anticipated functionality that allows specific course and student demographic data to be updated daily after the project has been published. Increasingly, institutions are launching course evaluation projects at the beginning of the term which allows them to capture feedback for shorter term and online courses. This has put an extra burden on the SIS/Blue data admin to ensure that course data is accurate before the evaluation project is published in Blue. In this webinar, we will walk through the process of setting up this functionality, configuring it, and examining some important use cases and the impact that this functionality will have on these projects.
