Birkbeck College wide report - Spring Term 2020/21	Spring	Birkbeck, University of London uses the university level report to provide an overview of response rates in our five academic schools. For each section, the list of questions in the section is provided (using html) so that we can then just use Q1, Q2 etc. in the spreadsheet view and where longer questions do not fit well in the charts. The Overall Satisfaction includes a term-by-term comparison to identify at top level whether there have been significant changes over time. Each section contains a scale distribution chart and table for the University level with the distribution of responses. These overall responses are then broken down by our 5 Schools, and 19 departments, using a Mean for each question. Our Overall question is at the end of the survey, but at the beginning of our reports to highlight the most important information at the top.
