Department Undergraduate ReportSpringWe create a School Level and a Department Level report, distributed according to each staff member's position. The reports are not meant as a direct comparison between modules, but rather the intention is to enable departmental leaders to view the results at a glance and help to identify potential issues. 1) The reports at School and Department level have the same structure. An overview of results at a school/department level for each section, and then breaks the responses down for each module. Response rates are also provided. Student comments are not included. 2) We also create a longitudinal report. The comparison proved to be useful during the corona virus pandemic period, as we could take a view as to the levels of satisfaction compared to previous terms to identify whether there were significant changes in how students rated the online experience against on the on campus experience. The report presents top level information and is intended to be used as a starting point for further exploration of the data. Having consistent questions across terms is necessary for this report. The questions use consistent identifiers to ensure accurate mapping across terms. We create a School Level and a Department Level report, distributed according to each staff member's position.
