Blue Accessible PDF Reports Now Available – WCAG 2.2 AA Compliance Extended

Following the January 27, 2026 release, which introduced WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across core Blue experiences, Explorance now extends that compliance to PDF report outputs.
This enhancement builds on Blue’s existing accessibility foundation and helps organizations strengthen compliance across both the user experience and reporting. It also supports more equitable access while helping reduce accessibility-related risk.
WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across Blue
Blue now supports WCAG 2.2 AA compliance across:
- Blue Home, Tasks, and DIG
- Web reports and PDF reports
- Email workflows
- LMS integrations and authentication pages
Availability & What You Need to Do
The new PDF rendering service is available for Blue 9.6 and above.
- If you upgrade to the latest Blue 9.6, the service is automatically activated.
Already on Blue 9.6?
- If you are on 9.6.1 or later, the service may already be available.
- If you have not received confirmation, contact Explorance Support to activate it.
Not sure which version you’re using?
- Contact your Blue system administrator or Explorance Support — they can confirm and assist with activation.
Important
All newly generated or regenerated PDF reports will be compliant.
