Blue maintenance windows

To ensure the highest levels of security, stability, and performance, the ** Blue data center** undergoes regular monitoring and improvement. Scheduled maintenance windows are planned throughout the year to implement necessary updates with minimal impact on your access to Blue resources.

Blue Availability During Maintenance

Each maintenance window is scheduled to last up to eight hours. During this time, Blue may be partially or completely unavailable, depending on the nature of the updates.

To accommodate customers across all regions, maintenance is scheduled to begin at the following local times:

Americas – West: 4:00 AM Pacific Time (GMT-8)
Americas – East: 9:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-5)
EMEA: 11:00 PM Western Europe Time (GMT+0)
Asia Pacific: 11:00 PM WST (GMT+8)

Note: Start times remain consistent and are not affected by daylight saving time.

Additional Blue maintenance windows

From time to time, maintenance may be scheduled outside of our regular maintenance calendar to support the ongoing reliability and security of the Blue platform. When this occurs, affected customers will be notified directly by Explorance in advance with relevant details.
