Blue Portal Integrator (BPI) system requirements

The following are the BPI system requirements. This will ensure the best BPI experience. For specific questions refer to Explorance Customer Support.

Server Requirements

Hardware

• 50 MB of disk space or more
• 16 GB of RAM or more
• Screen resolution of 1280 x 720 or higher

Software

• JavaScript enabled
• Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, SQL Server 2012, and SQL Server 2014 - (MS SQL Server Express is not supported) - (with a SQL user that has dbcreator, public, and securityadmin roles)
• IIS 6.0 or newer
• SSL Certificate - must be installed on the BPI server. The SSL certificate must be issued to the publicly accessible FQDN (fully qualified domain name) of the Blue BPI server, or a wild card that includes it.
• .NET Framework 4.6.1 with WCF Activation (with non-HTTP Activation)
• Explorance Blue 7.5 or newer
• TLS v1.2
