Blue Report Master Certification (BRMC) training

The Blue Report Master Certification (BRMC) training is a deep dive into Blue’s report building blocks and functionalities. The training provides hands-on experience with building reports for various Higher Education use-cases (reports for instructors, department heads, and ad hoc reports for special requests, etc.). BRMC is offered periodically through the year as an instructor-led course, either in an in-person or virtual format.

Who should take the Blue Report Master Certification training?

• Data analysts or research analysts who are responsible for analyzing data collected through Blue to provide reports with the findings and insights, and/or
• Blue administrators who are responsible for designing and delivering reports to their institutions.

Participants must have a basic knowledge of Blue and have been involved in a Blue project for a minimum of one term. Completion of the Blue Administrator Certification (BAC) training or equivalent knowledge and experience is required prior to attending the BRMC training.

Training content includes:

• Data preparation for reporting
• Customizing the look and layoutIn depth review of all report block options and group elements to provide contextual content
• Advanced use of spreadsheets with cascading breakdown of results
• Advanced reporting options, including virtual questions, term-to-term analysis, and export reports
• Report testing, access, and static vs. dynamic distribution

Fees and terms

Registration fees

• Early Bird Price: $3,450 USD (early bird cut-off dates vary based on session selection).
• Regular Registration Price: $4,950 USD.

Registration terms

• There are only 10 places available for each training session.
• If participating in a face-to-face training camp: travel and lodging fees are not included in the registration fee.
