View this workshop where we gather to thoughtfully develop and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for course evaluations. The workshop focuses on two pivotal areas: policy outcomes related to course evaluations and the management of the course evaluation system. Participants partake in engaging, collaborative sessions aimed at critically assessing, amending, and enhancing these KPIs. The workshop culminates with participants being equipped with a comprehensive set of KPIs, tailormade for both policy and management outcomes. These insights can be implemented at their respective institutions to foster improvements in course evaluations, thereby contributing to the elevation of education quality.
