Whilst module evaluations are a proven method of gathering student feedback, engaging staff and students in the process is very difficult. In the last two years, Northumbria University has made changes to our policies so that student evaluations are positioned as a key part of a new course review process. This new process has been coupled with more time-targeted surveys and the utilisation of new features in Blue to drive the completion of course evaluations. This presentation elaborates on:• How Blue Admins have built relationships with key teams within the university, increasing data accuracy;• Which new features in Blue have been integral to the updated surveys;• The impact of timing on the success of a survey;• How including module evaluation into university review processes increases the value of student feedback;• What Northumbria have done to raise the profile and engagement of the surveys
