Relying on a single form of evidence is a process of the past. Moving towards a holistic evaluation of teaching provides a broader view of evidence in assessing teaching effectiveness with benefits for faculty, students, and your institution. This presentation discusses integrating self-evaluation, peer evaluation, and student evaluations along with an example framework put into place.
