Beyond textbooks and lectures, the non-academic aspects of university life are an essential part of the full University experience. From campus facilities to student support resources, timetabling to career guidance, the annual Student Feedback on the University of Newcastle (SFUN) survey shines a light on the entire university experience. But with almost 200 questions and no budget for incentives, how do we continue to top response rates year after year? Discover how implementing Blue 8 and a creative student engagement plan, has allowed the University of Newcastle to double response rates, build a strong feedback culture and make evidence-based decisions with a complete university experience in mind.
