Control access to editing a report

The Selected Report Managers list in Reports - Access determines which project managers are able to access and modify all settings and options for the report. Users within any datasource can be added to the Selected Report Managers list, but only users with the Project Manager role are able to edit the report.

Add additional users that can edit the report

  1. Open a report and navigate to Reports - Access.
  2. Select the datasource that contains the users to add to the Reports - Access list.
  3. Select Select Individuals to open the Selection List page.

  1. Select users to add to the Reports - Access list.
  2. Select Add to add the selected users to the Reports - Access list.
  3. Select Close to return to the Reports - Access list.
  4. Select Save before navigating away from the Reports - Access list.
