Control which datasource fields are used in Blue
Display Settings control which datasource fields will be displayed wherever datasource information is displayed across different areas of Blue.
Field captions
Customize the captions for the demographic fields that are part of the datasource.
Blue displayable fields
Select the most relevant demographic fields in the datasource to display and use in Blue. Searches and filters only apply to the displayed demographic fields.
Respondent Filter Displayable Fields – These fields will be displayed in the Projects - Members - Selection - Available Members.
Listing Displayable Fields – These fields are no longer used. Please disregard this section.
Fillout Displayable Fields – These fields may be displayed on the fill-out form when the proper mapping symbols are added to the messaging for the project.
Expanded Listing Fields
These fields will be displayed beside the user record or subject record in a table where additional demographic data can be included.
Rater Selection Listing Fields - These fields are displayed in the search results on the Rater selection task so that raters can be easily identified.
Selected Rater Additional Identification Field - Appears in the list of selected raters on a rater selection task, but only in cases where the first name and last name of a selected rater are identical
Record mgmt displayable fields
Record Mgmt Displayable Fields allows administrators to select which fields will be displayed when users are displayed in a grid. Navigate to Datasource - Display Settings - Record Mgmt Displayable Fields to add or remove fields.
