Customize alternate question titles for raters
Text entered in Question Creation is displayed in both questionnaires and reports by default. An alternative display called Fillout Labels Edit is available within Question Creation where the question, details, and scale options can be entered and will only display on the questionnaire. Any missing values in the Fillout Labels will use the defaults provided in Question Creation. Fillout Labels will not appear on reports. The use of fillout labels ensures that questionnaires are customized per user while still allowing aggregate style reports to be clean and easy to read.
REMINDER
- Question content is displayed in both the questionnaire and reports by default. An alternative display called Fillout Labels Edit is made available within the Question block to replace the displayed content in the questionnaire only.
- Fillout labels will not appear on reports. The use of fillout labels ensures that questionnaires are customized per user while still allowing aggregate style reports to be clean and easy to read.
- If using a multi-language project, fillout labels need to be translated.
- Any missing values in the fillout labels will use the default content.
- Any missing translations in the fillout labels will use the base language content.
