Customize the branding and localization settings

The system administration - system settings page allows you to customize brand and localization settings to personalize your experience.

Set the system logo and favicon

The system and the end user tasks that are created by Blue can be tailored to your organization's brand.

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT THE SYSTEM LOGO
  • Logos should have an aspect ratio of 1:4 and must be less than 25 MB in size for best results.
  • The image should be a GIF, PNG, or JPG/JPEG file to be compatible across most browsers.
  • Do not use an image with a transparent background for best results.
  1. Navigate to system administration - system settings - branding.
  2. Click the image next to System Logo to upload a new logo.
  3. Select an image and click Upload. The new image will appear in the Preview area.
  4. Click Update to confirm the changes. Changes will be applied the next time you sign in to Blue.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 with System favicon if you wish to change this.

Localization settings

  • Home (landing page) default language - Select the default language for the home (landing page) used by end users.
  • Administration language - Select the default language used by system administration.
  • Time zone - Select the default time zone used by the system.
  • Date format - Select the default date format used by the system.
  • Time format - Choose between a 12-hour clock or a 24-hour clock.

Data privacy settings

  • Google Analytics - When Google Analytics is enabled, users will have the ability to opt-in to site monitoring.
