Date/time question blocks

Date/Time questions allow the rater to select a specific date and time using a date picker control.

• Display Mode - Select either Date or Date Time. The date will display as YYYY-MM-DD. If Date Time is selected, the date will be followed by HH:MM using a 24-hr clock.
• Enable Date Picker - A date picker control will appear when a rater interacts with the date time field.
• Number of Dates - Choose between 1 and 10 dates for the rater to enter.
• Restrictions - If Restriction is checked, No Later Than, No Sooner Than, or Between can be selected for a:
  • Fixed Date - Enter the date(s). When the empty box is clicked, a calendar will appear to help select the date (if the date picker is enabled).
  • Dynamic Date - Using the drop-down list, select Subject Addition Date,
    or the appropriate datasource and one of its corresponding Date/Time fields. Select plus or minus a number of days.

Once date restriction(s) have been set, responses outside of these restrictions will not be accepted.
