Individual reports
An individual report is the most granular level of reporting in Blue. It allows you to generate a report that is specific to an individual subject or secondary subject.
- With a pairing definition, your report will provide data based on a per instructor per course basis.
- With a multiple secondary definition, your report will provide data based on a per instructor per course basis as long as breakdown by secondary subject has been enabled.
Individual reports are the most frequently used report type in Blue.
How are individual reports used in Blue?
In a course evaluation
- An individual report would be used to provide instructors with just the responses submitted for the courses they teach.
- A course evaluation report can also be provided to other individuals, such as a department head and a program director.
In a 360 review
- An individual report would be used to provide evaluation results for individual subjects (i.e. per employee).
NOTE
Blue simplified public surveys and typical public surveys can only be used to create Individual Reports. While simplified private surveys and typical private surveys can be used to create both individual and group by reports.
