Print forms from project administration

1. Click Create Print Form(s). When the forms have been created, the Download Form(s) link will appear.
2. Click the Download Form(s) link to generate and download the print form(s). A dialog box will pop-up (see illustration below) with options to open or save the PDF files to disk.
   

Once you have saved the file, you can open and print the PDF.

Print forms from task management

1. Navigate to task management.
2. Select Print Forms from the Task Actions drop down list. The print forms dialog box appears.
   
3. Configure the following settings that are available:
   • Hide Question Number/Welcome Message/Thank You Message - These specific elements can be hidden on the print form.
   • Select Rating Group - Using the drop-down menu, select for which rating group this form will be printed. If the project contains multiple rating groups, each rating group has its own separate form identified in the barcode.
   • Select Print Form Font Size - Select from the drop-down menu from five (5) different font size settings. The default option is ‘Medium Small’.
4. For a public survey, click Create Print Form(s) to generate the print form(s). For all other projects, click Create File(s) to generate the print form(s).
   
5. Click the Download Form(s) link that appears. When you click on the link, a dialog box will pop-up with options to open or save the .doc file to disk.
   
6. Once you have saved the file/folder, you can open this folder and print the PDF file(s) inside.
