Explorance is pleased to announce that Blue 9.7 will be available on June 2, 2026.

This release advances four key areas: integrating machine learning insights directly into dashboards, enhancing overall administrative performance, broadening language accessibility to better serve global organizations, and expanding administrator support with AI-powered knowledge bases.

Release Highlights

• Blue Dashboard 5.0: Brings MLY insights into dashboards, giving administrators and stakeholders direct access to qualitative trends and patterns.
• Improved Blue Administration Performance: Reduces time to navigate between tabs or loading sections, especially in environments with large projects, reports, datasources, or language configurations.
• 40 New Supported Languages: Expands multilingual access across key end user areas of Blue, helping organizations deliver a more consistent experience to users in different languages.
• AI-powered Knowledge Base: Provides product guidance through Online Help and in-app experiences, helping administrators find answers and move through tasks more efficiently.

Blue 9.7 makes it easier to review qualitative feedback alongside other dashboard content.

• Dashboard 5.0 UI/UX Improvements: Provides cleaner navigation and a more intuitive layout across the dashboard experience.
• MLY Insights in Dashboard 5.0 include:
  • Text Analysis: Provides a snapshot of where feedback is most concentrated, helping stakeholders focus attention where it is most needed.
  • Comments View: Displays comments alongside sentiment and recommendations to support faster qualitative review.
  • Alert Widget Summary View: Highlights critical risk signals that require immediate attention.
• MLY Theme Cloud in Blue Reports: Shows theme frequency, sentiment, and recommended actions to support faster interpretation of qualitative feedback.

Performance Improvements

• Improved Overall Blue Administration Performance: Smoother transitions between tabs and quicker loading times, with targeted enhancements for large-scale projects, reports, datasources, and language setups.

Language Coverage

• 40 New Supported Languages: With these additional languages, more users can receive notifications, navigate assigned tasks, complete those tasks, and access reports in their native languages.

AI-powered Administrator Support

• Explorance Blue Assistant: Available through Online Help and in-app, this AI assistant helps administrators find answers to product questions and navigate the platform. Users can also include relevant context to refine responses.

Platform and Security Enhancements

• Report Recovery Optimization: Supports seamless report generation by retrying actions after unexpected delays, ensuring continuity without full process restarts.
• Expanded Activity Logs: Manual changes in Record Management are now captured, improving traceability and accountability. OAuth 2.0 for SMTP: Supports modern authentication for outbound email and helps ensure continuity for organizations using Microsoft 365.
