Product notice – Blue–Canvas integration update
Canvas is introducing changes to how API requests are handled. Two items may affect Blue integrations with Canvas:
- Canvas will require a valid User-Agent header on all API requests.
- Canvas rate-limiting behavior may impact high-volume integrations (stricter limits can reduce burst traffic).
What Explorance is doing
We will apply a lightweight update to the Blue–Canvas integration between Thursday, November 27 and Friday, November 28, 2025. No configuration changes are expected; a brief service restart may occur. No action is required on your part.
What happens next
These changes are fully incorporated in Blue 9.6 together with the updated Blue Connector for a long-term solution. If you would like to plan your upgrade, please contact Explorance Support.
