Remove or censor responses

CAUTION

Use these options with care. It is the responsibility of the person handling the response data to protect the confidentiality of the respondents as well as the integrity of the responses provided.

It may be necessary to remove a rater's comment for various reasons, such as:

  • the rater left a malicious/inappropriate comment
  • the rater no longer has a relationship with the subject
  • the rater is no longer a part of the institution
  • an institution specific policy to remove certain key terms

Depending on the reason for removing or censoring a comment, there are different methods to delete or modify the comment. Use the method below that is most appropriate to the situation.
