How are rollover reports used in Blue?

Rollover Reports are useful if you want to get an overall aggregated view of survey results.

Examples

Course evaluation

Perhaps you want to view all results collected at the University (Higher Ed) or Organizational (Enterprise) level.

Rollover Reports should only be used when you have common questions asked to all or for the majority of your courses; Rollover Reports will not be as useful if you have multiple secondary subjects, triggered surveys for different courses, or across different Departments.

360 evaluation

Rollover Reports allow you to view aggregated results for your entire organization or across all data collected within that particular 360 evaluation project.
