All services have been restored. The engineering team is continuing to investigate the root cause of the network interruption that impacted one of the Explorance backend servers.

We are currently experiencing a service disruption in our Blue datacenter, affecting a small subset of our hosted customers in the Eastern United States.
Our engineering team is investigating and working to restore service.
