This is where Blue users can find examples of department-level reports used by the University of Florida. These reports have been anonymized to protect confidentiality and privacy.

Department level summary report | Spring 2020 | This report contains summary frequency, spreadsheet, scale distribution, and gap analysis blocks for all university core questions. In addition, it provides comparative scores of the department, and college to the university. The gap analysis also compares the department, and college to the university's average on all free response questions using BTA. | ||
Department export summary report | Spring 2020 | This report generates an Excel file for the department chairs to give them data such as department, instructor name, response rates per course, and then the corresponding means/standard deviations for each course. This is used primarily to easily sort and compare each instructors means. Response Rate Export Report | Spring 2020 | This report provides an updated response rate report of all courses in a particular department. While we also utilize Blue's Response Rate Monitor, it cannot capture split or merged courses.
