Report Name | Term | Description | Report Examples | Resources |
---|---|---|---|---|
Individual faculty aggregated report | Summer | This report aggregates the data for the same instructor with multiple sections of the same course. We have faculty that teach anywhere between 1-15 sections of the same course. By aggregating the data, we can show all of the data in one simple report. | Summer 2020 Individual Instructor Aggregated Report Final | How-to Create Individual Aggregated Report |
Individual faculty by class number report | Spring | Unlike the report above, this report is by section. So however many sections that instructor teaches is how many reports they will receive. We do this in order to provide faculty with data on the differences between their online and face to face sections of a course. | Spring 2020 Individual Instructor by Class Number Report | |
Individual faculty midterm report | Spring | We offer the ability for faculty to opt-in to a midterm evaluation. The midterm questions are limited and ask about how the course is going and what needs to be improved prior to the end of the term. The report we generate goes only to the faculty and is NOT a part of the faculty's promotion and tenure process or annual performance review. | Spring 2020 Mid-Term Individual Instructor Report |
