Enterprise use cases
The Alerts feature helps organizations detect and manage potential risks surfaced in employee or customer feedback. Each alert category enables proactive, responsible action to maintain workplace safety, integrity, and compliance.
Discrimination
When alerts indicate potential bias or unequal treatment based on protected characteristics (such as gender, race, or age), HR or Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) teams review the case. They investigate, gather context, and take corrective actions, including training or policy enforcement, to ensure fair workplace practices.
Danger / Threat
If an alert references threats to personal safety, company property, or operations, Corporate Security and Legal teams are notified immediately. The organization may activate its crisis response plan, conduct a threat assessment, and coordinate with external authorities if required.
Mental Wellbeing
Alerts related to emotional distress, burnout, or personal crisis are routed to HR or the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Support may include confidential outreach, counseling referrals, or workload adjustments to protect employee wellbeing.
Physical Safety
Feedback highlighting unsafe conditions—such as faulty equipment, poor lighting, or facility hazards—is sent to Health and Safety or Facilities Management. These teams assess and remediate risks promptly, and escalate emergencies to security or emergency responders if necessary.
Harassment / Mistreatment
Alerts involving potential harassment trigger immediate HR or Compliance review under company policy. Investigations are confidential and may lead to disciplinary measures, training, or other corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Inappropriate Language
If an alert identifies offensive or profane language in communications, the issue is reviewed by HR or Compliance. Follow-up typically focuses on education, emphasizing appropriate workplace behavior and communication standards.
