MLY training resources

There are two MLY trainings available:

MLY Administrator/User Training, which is a self-directed course that covers how to import data, run analyses, and navigate the MLY interface. This course includes the following topics:
- How MLY works.
- The different models that exist in MLY and how they can be used to analyze qualitative data from a variety of sources.
- How to use the MLY Dashboard, including how to filter to specific data sets and how to view recommendations, sentiments, and categorized topics for your qualitative data.
- How to create and manage Users.
- How to share analyses with other MLY Users.
- How to customize your analyses by creating your own personalized analysis and/or glossary.

There are two ways to access this self-directed MLY training:

Directly, from the MLY interface. (Note: training is not tracked and will not “save” if you exit)
Registering for MLY training using the training registration form.

NOTE

Registering for this self-directed training is recommended for MLY training, as this will not only allow your training progress to be tracked and saved, but registration comes with access to a MLY training server so you can practice using MLY without impacting your allotted comment upload limits.

MLY Analysis: Taking Action with MLY Data. This webinar is intended to help MLY users learn how to analyze comment data more effectively and efficiently in MLY. Specifically, this webinar focuses on how to:
- Analyze and synthesize categorized qualitative feedback.
- Move beyond categorization to actionable insights that can inform decision-making.
- Present actionable insights.

Please note that this webinar will be most useful for current users of the MLY software. The Taking Action with MLY Data webinar will be offered on a periodic basis, accommodating MLY users in different time zones.
