Cannot login / forgot password
- Go to the MTM login page: www.metricsthatmatter.com.
- Click “Forgot Password?”.
- Enter your registered email address.
- The password reset instructions with a security link will be sent to that email address.
- Click the link within the email and reset your password.
NOTE
- If your email address has changed and you cannot send the password reset email to yourself, please contact Support@explorance.com.
- A new password is required every 180 days .
