Dynamic tags
Overview
Dynamic tags link to the MTM database to add relevant information to emails, certificates, and other areas of MTM to personalize the user experience. For example, when configuring an Email Form for a survey, you can include such dynamic tags as Course Name in the subject line, and Class End Date, Location, and Instructor Name. in the body of the email message. This information is specific to the class that the user attended and differentiates this email from other generic emails that the user might ignore. Using dynamic tags regularly can help increase response rates.
