MTM Users - List and Last Login

Administrative users in MTM can download an Excel list of all of their organization's MTM users and other login related information. There are three different user types: Users (Administrators, Reporting Users and non-certified Instructors); Certified Instructors; and Course Report Recipients.

To obtain each user list:

1. Navigate to Administration > People > Users & Instructors
2. Search specific users or do a blank search for all users. (Please use the filter section on the left to narrow down your results if necessary.)
3. Click the Download button and select Download All or Download Search Results to extract your data.
