Enable for distributed selection

Enable for distributed selection is an option assigned to groups within your project definition.

Enable for distributed selection is typically used for 360 evaluations.
It allows the subjects of the evaluation to select their raters from a provided list, as well as choose to which rater group each rater belongs (e.g. managers, direct reports, peers).

Enabled for Distributed Selection can be used in Rater Selection or Manual Rater Entry 360 Review Projects where you want the subject of the evaluation (typically the employee) to select their own raters from a provided list.

NOTE

360 Review Projects that use Relationship data or Hierarchical data do not use Enabled for Distributed Selection, as the relationships between the subjects and the raters within those projects are already defined.
