Set up rater selection for a 360 project
For 360 projects and other similar project structures, deciding which users should complete a project questionnaire may be best decided by the participants rather than the project manager. In this case, the rater selection task can be assigned to the group of users with the best knowledge of who should be completing the questionnaire.
There are three methods to accomplish this:
Select raters from a predefined list
Allow participants to add their own raters
Combine both methods in the same project
Monitor the process
In any rater selection scenario, it is important to monitor the quality of the information provided by the rater selection task owner.
- Manage the rater selection task to make sure that all emails outside the organization or institution have been delivered.
- Verify that the groups selected are correctly assigned.
- Check for any spelling errors on names or email addresses.
