Out now - MTM 8.3.6 - Improved user experiences
This release includes improvements to the student, admin, reporting, dashboards, API and sFTP experiences, all based on the helpful feedback we received from clients at the MTM Impact Symposium in March 2023.

STUDENT EXPERIENCE - more language support and faster survey completion
- Global language support – Two new languages, Vietnamese, and Malay, have been added to MTM to offer students localized language support for a total of 31 languages. This enables you to better evaluate training from a wider audience of learners across your organization. - Enhanced student fillout experience – By making the student surveys and tests more compact, students can complete their responses faster and reduce survey fatigue.

ADMIN EXPERIENCE - improved access to active users & courses and a new Retire course feature
- Easier access to active users and courses – The Manage pages now display active users / instructors and courses by default to allow admins to quickly focus on their most frequent updates. Learn more: Add or Edit Users / Instructors or Add or Edit Courses.
- Retire courses feature expanded – Admins working directly from the MTM platform can now retire courses from all organizations. Previously, this feature was only available to API and sFTP integrated organizations. Learn more: Retire, deactivate or remove courses.
REPORTING EXPERIENCE - improved usability of the Data Extract Ready Report
- No additional formatting required - The Data Extract Ready Report now recognizes piping symbols in client data and correctly displays the data in the appropriate fields.
DASHBOARD EXPERIENCE - improved accessibility for screen reader users
- Better accessibility – Visually impaired users can now more easily navigate, create, and access Dashboards with screen readers to execute search queries, and narrate the name, role, state of various feature buttons and titles on each page.
API & sFTP EXPERIENCE - improved data consistency and additional language preferences
- Better data consistency and performance for Connect OUT API implementations - The new DataLoadingStartDate makes data available based on class start date, choosing existing data from all endpoints between or equal to the data loading start date and the present date (see table below).
Existing API clients do not need to take any action or re-pull their historical data

- Increased language preference support for Connect IN APIs - Arabic, Hebrew, Malay, and Vietnamese have been added providing a total of 33 supported language preferences for Classes, Conferences and Tests. Learn more: Support languages for MTM.
