Introduction to the Executive Dashboard
This dashboard answers business questions about your learning programs and provide insights into the impact and value of learning to stakeholders.Key Metrics and business results are collected from Post Event, Follow Up and Manager Surveys and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitoring these metrics will help answer questions such as:
- Which business outcomes do learners predict will improve the most?
- How is our team’s learner response rate over time?
- What is the overall level of activity by learning method?
- What is the overall level of activity within each portfolio?
- How is overall performance trending?

The following screenshot show the initial setup of the Executive dashboard template shown above.
Dashboard Administrator should add appropriate benchmarks to each widget on the dashboard and share this template with other stakeholders to accelerate L&D initiatives.
