End of Support Notice: Blue 8 (all versions)
Effective: June 30, 2026
This is a reminder that as of June 30, 2026, Explorance will no longer support any version of Blue 8.
What has changed?
Blue 8 is now in a Long-Term Support (LTS) phase. This means that Explorance will continue to provide essential updates, maintenance, and support for Blue 8 customers until June 30, 2026. You can expect:
- Critical security updates
- Bug fixes for critical issues related to data
- Ongoing technical support
This move is part of our commitment to delivering a robust and secure experience for our users. While Blue 8 remains fully functional, this LTS transition signals a focus on stability rather than introducing new capabilities. New features will be introduced in Blue 9.
What does this mean?
This means you should take action if you are on a release prior to Blue 9. Upgrading and staying current is increasingly important both for our customers and for our ability to support you adequately. We recommend upgrading to the latest version of Blue 9 to take advantage of the new features, security, and enhancements. After the date above, Explorance will no longer provide updates, bug fixes, or support for these older versions.
What if I cannot upgrade now?
We understand that some customers may prefer to keep using Blue 8 for now. Therefore, we will continue to provide Blue 8 support for any critical issues or bugs that significantly affect their systems until June 30, 2026 to give you time to plan your upgrade to Blue 9.

Blue 9 introduced a new Home page, SSO advancements, a new Blue built-in authentication solution for more robust security, and more.

Effective February 5, 2026, Explorance will no longer support Blue Dashboard 3.3. If you are currently using this version, we recommend that you start planning your update to ensure a smooth transition.
