Gap analysis report block

The Question - Gap Analysis report block visually displays results of the selected group element against those of the baseline group element.

Popular themes identified and displayed in the gap analysis report block either appear more often than the same theme in the baseline element or less often than the same theme in the baseline element. Be sure to provide both a clear Positive Label and a clear Negative Label for both the positive and negative attributes chart. The Display positive attribute chart option, when enabled, displays the most frequently identified themes that are considered positive. The Display negative attribute chart displays the negative themes instead. To generate a gap analysis report block, an average of rater groups with a Score of Sum Total and a norm across responses group element must be created first to facilitate the comparison.
