Map projects together for reporting
Map many projects together into a master project so that data from multiple projects can be analyzed and displayed together providing unique insights and identifying any trends in improvements. Once projects have been mapped together, it becomes possible to map questions and groups to take full advantage of the relationships in the data and compare features in the report blocks.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PROJECT MAPPING
- Projects must have the same level of confidentiality.
- Projects must have the same type of definition.
- In individual reports, data is only included for subjects that exist in the master project. If a subject exists only in the auxiliary project, it's data will not be a part of the report.
- In group by reports, data is only included for subjects that exist in the master project. If a subject exists only in the auxiliary project, it's data will not be a part of the report, but also the auxiliary projects must have demographic data that matches the demographic data in the master project to be included.
- Projects must have the same project audience setting (private or public).
- Only groups with the fillout privilege can be mapped.
- Only questions of the same type can be mapped.
- Supported question types include single selection, single selection table, multiple selection, multiple selection table, and comments.
- Text analytics cannot be used with project mapping.
- Filters cannot be used with project mapping except when mapping survey projects.
- Only questions with the same scale (number of options and score values) can be mapped.
- Merged (cross-listed) subjects cannot be used with project mapping.
- CSV raw data export is not supported with project mapping. If it's enabled, it will only be possible to download the raw data from the base project.
- Spreadsheet and breakdown section blocks are not supported in project mapping.
