Other projects you can do with BlueX
In addition to building surveys, BlueX can be used for various other project applications.
Here is a non-comprehensive list of suggestions of what you can build with BlueX:
PROJECTS | DESCRIPTION |
---|---|
Email newsletters | Design newsletters to be sent out to recipients in order to promote the organization online or circulate information (Email promotions, internal memos, campaigns, and notifications, etc.). |
Financial or time sheets | Input a data spreadsheet to track numeric values (e.g. tracking working billable hours, salary pay, cost forecast, and revenue projections, etc.). |
Lead contact list | Organize business contact information (i.e. phone numbers, emails, role in company, brief description, etc.) compiled into a hit list document (e.g. for cold calls, internal sales database, company phone book etc.). |
Application and requisition forms | Fill out information into an online form to be used internally or externally in order to request or requisition something from the organization (e.g. candidacy, appointments, reimbursements, and requests, etc.). |
Contract automation | Draft contracts online, which can be printed later, automating variables (e.g. signatory names, dates, price, quantity, products and model type, etc.) that frequently repeat throughout the document and is useful for large contract documentations in which it would require time consuming and tedious manual inputting. |
Training quiz | Create brief and informal online tests given to employees, trainees, interns, or students (e.g. use Show and Hide to trigger a follow up question after having responded to a previous question). |
You should have an idea by now from these examples the many variety of use and applications for BlueX. Not only is it an online tool for survey building, but it is also a powerful and multifaceted feedback collection software.
