Analysis list
Introduction to the Analysis list
The analysis list is a handy tool to access the data files containing the comments you have already imported that are ready to be analyzed, your completed analyses, and the analyses that have been shared with you. To easily navigate to these different lists, the analysis list contains a drop-down menu which displays 3 separate lists:
- All analyses list for administrators,
- My analyses list for analysts, and
- Shared with me list for any users who has been selected when an analysis has been shared.
Administrators have access to both the All analyses and the My analyses lists.
These lists provide a quick search option, and a drop-down menu for each analysis to View your analysis, Preview your data, Share this analysis, or Delete the analysis. To access an analysis list, click on the icon in the side taskbar.

Change the analysis or data file name
By default, the name of your analysis will be the same as the data file that was imported to MLY. If you add more data or overwrite the analysis, we recommend that you modify the name of the analysis and / or data file to help you keep track of your results.
- Use the rename option from the drop-down menu that appears when you right click on the name shown at the top of your screen. This can help you keep track of your work, especially if you have modified the data or the analysis settings, which will overwrite the original analysis.
- From the analysis, you can also select the View data option to open the Data preview screen.
